Love the location, quiet complex, and access to the coastal trail. Updated bathroom and kitchen were nice.

This was our second time staying at this place. It’s a great location, quiet, beautiful, with great beaches at a short walking distance.

Very easy check in and check out procedures. The condo was equipped with everything we needed including beach chairs and flippers to swim in the ocean. We loved the Hawaiian music that was playing when we arrived. We can't wait to come back and would recommend this property to our friends and family to visit.

Excellent vacation stay at Kelly's place. The condo is much more expansive than the photos show them to be. Private, peaceful condo location, walkable to beach and trail access right adjacent to property. Accessible market, restaurants & coffee shops which are 5 minute drive away is a plus. Condo was very clean , seems recently updated and everything was just perfect to stay with family over extended period. Views are great from the Condo, though not unobstructed but for the price it hands down beats staying at a resort with cramped accommodation. Kelly was very responsive both time leading too and during the entire stay. Would definitely visit on my next stay given the overall experience.

Everything about our stay was absolutely awesome! The place was beautiful and the property was very well maintained and the grounds were absolutely gorgeous!!! I couldn’t have asked for a safer more secure location than this and the private beach was the cherry on top. The views were spectacular and I loved waking up to sunlight all around. I couldn’t have picked for a more perfect place to celebrate my 50th birthday with my boys!!

Ideal location. Easy walking distance to beautiful beaches and great restaurants. Quiet, clean, and comfortable.

This unit was just as described, and the pictures were very current and accurate. You can't beat the location, and we very much enjoyed staying in this rental. Can't wait for a return trip!

Great vacation condo! Loved all the space and the view was fantastic. The condo was beautifully renovated. The area is very well kept and nice. The beach was a bit of a walk (or shuttle ride) but it was nice having the Honolua store so close. Kapalua itself is very nice but tends to be a bit rainier and windier than Lahaina. Sullivan properties was very responsive to any maintenance issues we had as we stayed for a month. Great place and would highly recommend!

Loved the location and the quiet surroundings. The newly updated and remodeled unit created a fresh and enjoyable stay. The king bed was comfortable as were all the furnishings. Lanai is spacious with beautiful views of the ocean. We even saw whales off in the distance! Very close to our favorite beaches, Napili Bay and Kapalua Bay. Condo was very clean. Even found beach chairs and sun umbrellas in the unit for our use. Kitchen equipped with everything we needed. Only suggestion would be to add at least one non-stick fry pan. Sullivan management staff was attentive and checked in often regarding our needs. Appreciated the ease of contactless check in
and entry to the gated grounds and condo. If you’re looking for a quieter place to stay than the overly busy and crowded feel of the large resorts, this is a gem. Would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed in this condo for over 4 yrs, its now a little run down needs sprucing up especially the bathroom and carpets. We will come back next year may choose a different condo though.

Excellent location

It was the perfect unit to handle our needs on Maui. Beautiful view - close to a great beach - very quiet - nice amenities all around and not too far from anything. Would definitely stay here again. It was just as we expected and advertised.

Fantastic time - perfect location and beautiful view! The villa was perfect for us (couple with one 10yo daughter). Located close to two beaches - a quiet one for snorkelling and more active one with waves for body surfing. We loved it!

Maui is exceptional beautiful, the people friendly, and our stay exceeded our expectations in every way. The Bay Villa property that we stayed in had lovely views, excellent beach and pool access and it was clean, beautifully decorated and well furnished. We had everything we needed, and then some. We absolutely loved the Bay Villa unit we stayed in. Only hitch was a toilet that stuck a little when it flushed. Did not consider it enough of a problem to call Sullivan's. Having a washer/dryer was a real plus, since we stayed two weeks. We felt that we got a really good rate, (considering the cost of other units in same complex) especially for this area.
