The Valley Isle Resort is a beautiful ocean front resort located in the charming town of Kahana. Just minutes to Ka'anapali and Kapalua, the Valley Isle Resort will give you and your family the fun and relaxation it needs. This 1 bedroom 1 bath condo is located on the 10th floor with beautiful ocean views from living room. Relax on the lanai, watch amazing sunsets as you can imagine. The unit has a fully equipped Kitchen. There is a Queen bed in bedroom with murphy bed in living room. There is no A/C, but the condo does stay cool from the breeze with the windows open.

The Valley Isle Resort is an oceanfront resort (no beach) within walking distance to Maui Brewing Co., China Boat, and Dollie's Cafe and Pub. Nearby Beaches to Valley Isle are Kahekili Beach Park (Airport Beach): which generally has calm conditions, excellent snorkeling and swimming, public restrooms, BBQ grills, and a large grassy area, Honokowai Beach Park: great for snorkeling due to shallow, reef protected beach, Children's playground area, plenty of shade, tables and BBQ grills, Pohaku Park (S-Turns): calmer during summer months, sandy and rocky shoreline, picnic tables. Your condominium will be supplied with beach towels. It will not however be stocked with beach equipment. Too often items break or go missing and it is not feasible to track and replace the items. Sullivan Properties, Inc firmly believes in recycling & lowering the carbon footprint we leave on this planet! If items are purchased or acquired by guests and are still in good condition, we are happy to leave them in the unit for others to enjoy. If they are extremely dirty or broken, we must toss them out. There are places nearby that rent beach amenities – your property might also have an onsite rental shack. Most of the rental places nearby offer daily or weekly rates. Please note, we are not endorsing these companies simply providing the more popular options in the area : Snorkel Bobs in the Kahana Gateway Center, Boss Frogs in the Napili Plaza and Boss Frogs in Kahana Manor. Maui on the Fly for baby equipment rentals – this includes baby beach toys and other beach necessities for children. For more details and information check them out on the web!
There is plenty of parking on site and no parking fee. We do ask that you register with the front desk upon your arrival.
