Groups Save 10% on Every Condo
Reserve a minimum of three condos and every unit your group books is 10% off. Simple terms. We built it for weddings, family reunions and friends traveling together.
The rate works best in Kahana. Kahana Sunset can hold one group across as many as 24 condos, and Sands of Kahana as many as 19, with three-bedrooms that sleep eight and two pools with hot tubs, four BBQ stations, a volleyball court and an on-site restaurant. Kapalua holds far fewer: one condo per group at the Bay Villas and two at the Ridge Villas. One rule to know: the group rate can't be combined with other specials.
Booking Direct Is the Everyday Deal
The simplest saving on any condo we manage is booking it on our own site. Guests who book directly with us can save between 5% and 20% in service fees compared with the large booking platforms, and our best rate guarantee covers the properties we manage. Secure online booking takes a few minutes.
There's a second payoff. You reach an on-island person who knows the properties, backed by more than 40 years of local experience, so the answer to which pool is quieter or which lanai catches the afternoon sun comes from someone on the island who knows the buildings.
Free Shuttles and Parking Are a Saving Too
Getting around is the cost people forget to price. Kapalua Resort runs a free door-to-door shuttle inside the resort, and The Whaler adds a free shuttle within Kaanapali Resort. In Kaanapali, where beach parking is often scarce, Mahana's free parking is worth more than it sounds.
None of that shows up as a discount on a booking screen. Over a week, it still adds up.
One Larger Condo for a Shared Trip
Two couples or a family of six can often sleep under one roof instead of two. Fewer doors, more space. You share one kitchen, one lanai and one booking, and you cook in on the nights nobody feels like going out.
A two-story Kahana Sunset two-bedroom is a good example: room for up to six on calm Keonenui Bay, with no parking or resort fee on top.
