Kahana Resorts | Maui Resorts

Kahana Resorts

Kahana offers a quiet neighborhood setting just a few miles North of Lahaina and Kaanapali and just South of Kapalua in West Maui. Enjoy peaceful morning strolls, shops and dining at nearby Kahana Gateway Center including popular Maui Brewing Co.  There are also a few shops and restaurants in the Kahana Manor shopping area as well including Dollies Bar & Grill and Miso Phat Sushi.  Whale season, December through April, brings excitement to visitors and residents who enjoy the daily display of whales frolicking along the Kahana coast.

The Kahana community consists of waterfront homes, local residential neighborhoods and many oceanfront condominiums, both multi-story and low-rise.  It is a great place to stay for value-conscious travelers. It feels more peaceful and residential than either Kaanapali or Lahaina. There are also great beaches and surf spots along the coast of this community.  The summer months are best for snorkeling due to the north winter swells in this area.

Maui Resorts | Ka'anapali

Ka'anapali Resorts

Farther north along the west Maui coast is Hawaii's first master-planned family resort. Pricey midrise hotels line nearly 3 miles of lovely gold-sand beach; they're linked by a landscaped parkway and a walking path along the sand. Golf greens wrap around the slope between beachfront and hillside properties.

Whalers Village, a seaside mall with 48 shops and restaurants, plus the best little whale museum in Hawaii -- and other restaurants are easy to reach on foot along the oceanfront walkway or by resort shuttle, which also serves the small West Maui Airport just to the north. Shuttles also go to Lahaina, 3 miles to the south, for shopping, dining, entertainment, and boat tours. Near the entrance of Kaanapali is the Kaanapali golf course which has 2 courses, a north course and a south course.  At the end of your game, enjoy some fine dining at Hawaii’s well known Roy’s restaurant.  This area definitely has more of a resort like feel.

Kapalua Maui | Maui Resorts

Kapalua

Against the grand and green landscape of the Molokai and Lanai Islands, Kapalua is a census-designated community located just off Route 30 along the northwestern coast of Maui.  At the foot of the majestic Kahalawai Mountains where one finds numerous pineapple plantations, Kapalua’s stretch of Maui resort developments lines the shoreline of what’s been tagged “The Best Beach in America”.  Kapalua boasts splendid views of Kapalua’s pristine nature reserves, marine sanctuaries, and stunning white sand resorts.

A few of the focal points of Kapalua are Honolua Bay, Kapalua Bay and the special events that occur throughout the year in Kapalua such as the PGA Tour Hyundai Tournament of champions and the Kapalua Wine and Food Festival!

Napili Bay Resort | Maui Resorts

Napili Resorts

The Napili Bay Resort is located between Kahana and Kapalua and perfectly nestled on the island of Maui. Most recognized for the beach at Napili Bay, oceanfront properties, Green Hawaiian Sea Turtles, and a quaint resort-style community. Napili is one of Maui’s most unassuming secret gems. Sullivan Properties currently manages an oceanfront Napili Bay Resort rental.  Napili Bay is also a famous site for some of best snorkeling on Maui.  Napili is a great community where you, your family, or friends can delight in spectacular beach days or sunsets in a neighborhood of impressively maintained homes and surroundings.

Honokowai Resorts | Maui Resorts

Honokowai Resorts

Honokowai translates to “waters that break through the bay” and it is an appropriate name for this splendid place located on the northwestern coast of Maui.  Found between the towns of Kaanapali and Kahana, Honokowai occupies around 4.3 square miles.  Populated by a small community of a little more than 7,000 residents.  Even though Honokowai is a smaller community compared to its neighbors, it is considered to be one of the top places for condo rentals and vacation rentals in all of Maui.  Sullivan Properties manages units at the following properties located in the area: Mahana Resort, Maui Kai, Paki Maui, and Kuleana.  The oceanfront properties boast unobstructed views of the neighboring Lanai and Molokai islands in waters where migrating whales can be spotted in winter.  This marine sanctuary is also a natural home for frolicking sea lions and nesting green turtles!
