All our condo rentals have fully equipped kitchens and everything you need for a perfect Maui vacation. Most of our resorts are beachfront or oceanfront.
Kahana Resorts
Kahana offers pristine beachfront and oceanfront locations and a quiet neighborhood setting, located just a few miles North of Kaanapali and just South of Kapalua. Enjoy peaceful morning strolls, shops, and dining at the nearby Kahana Gateway Center and Kahana Manor shops area, including Maui Brewing Company, Hawai’ian Village Coffee, Dollies Bar & Grill, Miso Phat Sushi, Whalers General Store, and Tradewinds Kahana Grocery.
Kahana consists of waterfront homes, local residential neighborhoods, and many oceanfront condominiums, both multi-story and low-rise, offering budget-friendly condo vacation rentals. Being in Kahana feels more peaceful and residential than either in Kaanapali or Lahaina. There are also great beaches and surf spots along the coast of this community. The summer months are best for snorkeling due to the north winter swells in this area.
The whale season, November through April, brings excitement to visitors and residents who enjoy the daily display of whales frolicking along the Kahana coast. Our oceanfront Kahana resorts include: Sands of Kahana, Kahana Sunset, Kuleana, Valley Isle Resort, Paki Maui, and Royal Kahana.
Kaanapali Resorts
Kaanapali Resort area consists of miles of world-renowned Kaanapali beach, luxury hotels, two master golf courses - The Royal Kaanapali Course and the Kaanapali Kai Course, a beach walk, hillside and oceanfront luxury estates, and a premium shopping center - the Whalers Village. Kaanapali beach is divided in two distinct parts by the ancient lava formation - the Black Rock, which is one of Maui's favorite snorkeling spots.
The Whalers Village oceanfront shopping center is located in the middle of the Kaanapali resort area where you will find premium shops and restaurants. You can catch the old-style Kaanapali trolley that takes visitors to the Whalers Village from most hotels. One of our favorite Maui breakfast spots - The Island Vintage Coffee is located on the lower level of the Whalers Village. Popular dining spots - The Monkeypod Kitchen, the Hula Grill, and Leinani’s on the Beach are all located on the oceanfront side of the Whalers Village. Advanced dining reservations are highly recommended now because of social distancing regulations in Maui restaurants.
The Kaanapali Beach walk follows the Kaanapali coast for miles from our Mahana at Kaanapali resort to the Canoe beach in Lahaina with a few places where you will follow the path through the hotel properties. If you enjoy walking or running, then you will love staying at the Kaanapali resort area where visitors enjoy ocean views, whale watching, and sunsets while walking along the Kaanapali coast on this well-maintained walkway. Our Kaanapali Resorts include The Whaler on Kaanapali Beach and Mahana at Kaanapali.
Kapalua Resorts
Kapalua Resort area is located on the North-West end of Maui, providing refreshing trade winds and mild weather throughout the year. Kapalua is one of the least crowded places on Maui where visitors and the locals come in search of tranquility and natural beauty.
Kapalua offers numerous trails, including the Kapalua Coastal Trail and the Village Trails that lead to the Duck Pond. The annual world’s premier off-road triathlon Xterra takes place in Kapalua which includes a 1.5-km swim at D.T. Fleming beach, a 31-km mountain biking up and down the slopes of West Maui mountains, and a 10.5-km trail run in the Kapalua forest and on the beach.
A few of the focal points of Kapalua are the Honolua Bay - a rainforest with a calm bay, the natural lava formation - the Dragon’s Teeth, Kapalua Bay beach, D. T. Fleming beach, the Ironwoods beach, and the special events that occur throughout the year in Kapalua such as the Golf Sentry Tournament of Champions and the Kapalua Wine and Food Festival! Our Kapalua resorts include: The Bay Villas, The Golf Villas, and The Ridge Villas.
Napili Resorts
The Napili Bay is perfectly nestled between Kahana and Kapalua. Napili has a small town feel while proving everything you need for a perfect Hawaiian vacation - access to a white-sand beach, beautiful weather throughout the year, access to the Kapalua Coastal trail, a great choice of restaurants, and a close proximity to upscale resorts areas of Kapalua and Kaanapali.
Napili Bay beach is well known for its calm and clear waters where visitors and the locals come to enjoy snorkeling and peaceful beach relaxation time. If you are traveling with young children, they will love playing in the water and building sand castles in the Napili Bay.
There is a great choice of dining places in Napili: The Sea House - popular oceanfront restaurant, Fond that offers Hawaiian and new American cuisine, Joye’s Kitchen serving Hawaiian inspired Filipino Asian cuisine, A’A Roots that offers a great vegan menu, and Maui Tacos that serves Californian and Mexican delicious recipes.
