Amazing stay in a quiet getaway. Private beach in the backyard! Waves do get a little big so be careful. True to its resort name you get an amazing sunset view every single night! Plenty of great food just 7-10 minute drives away. Would definitely stay here again!

We have been coming to the Kahana Sunset with family for 25 years. This is the second time I have rented from Sullivan properties. The one bedroom unit was good a few things needed to be attended to, but for the most part the experience was good to very good.

Our 10th stay at Kahana Sunset, the location could not be better. The staff was great as always. The unit was very clean but starting to show its age. My only recommendation would be to upgrade the small tv in the living room with a larger set and move the small television into the bedroom. We’ll be back.

Nice clean comfortable older condo with private beach. Our only issue was Wi-Fi was so slow you could not connect to your devices to even check emails.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kahana Sunset. Our place was clean and comfortable, the ocean was a view steps from our front door and we had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Kelly was kind and quick to respond. We will definitely come back here next time we are in Maui!

Third time visitor. Would love to come back again. Great sunsets and far more peaceful than the larger resorts. Snorkeled three days elsewhere-no sea turtles. Look over the railing right here. Five sea turtles! ...

Nice ground floor condo on the end. Right across from the pool. It had a large kitchen which was nice. Bathroom was updated. King bed in the bedroom. I think the linens could use an update but the bed was very comfortable. AC in the unit which was really great.

The one Bedroom condo was roomy and comfortable for a couple and could have accommodated two children on the couch bed. All of the kitchen amenities we needed (except only 4 forks) and a washer and dryer were available. The property has a spectacular sunset view and a beautiful small beach and reef-lined cove suitable for snorkeling with the turtles if the sea is calm. The exterior showers are good for removing any sand, etc. before relaxing in the lovely pool surrounded by well-manicufred grounds complete with plenty of quality grills and lounge chairs. We highly recommend the property and and will return again, hopefully soon.

Had a wonderful time staying here. Access to the “private” beach is great. Had some large surf when we were there but were able to do some good snorkelling on the calmer days.

Having such close access to the pools was great. Kids would go swimming while we made dinner usually using the great bbq near the pool.

Condo is well equipped with pots and pans knives etc. beds were comfortable even the pull out bed which seem to be a queen size. There were a few beach items available, beach chair umbrella boogie board. And there was some more stuff available from the condo that previous guest had left.

Would definitely look to come back some day.

I'm hesitant to give a positive review because I feel like I found a hidden treasure in Maui and I don't want anyone else to know about it. This place is awesome and I will be going back. The place is clean, quiet, and steps away from the beach. It was everything I hoped for and more and totally exceeded my expectations.

I hesitate to give this property a glowing review because I don't want to have to fight for availability. This place is a gem and we will be back.

We were disappointed with the cleanliness of unit. Dirty dishes in cupboard, fan blades extremely dirty, mold in shower, grout needs deep cleaning, landscape needs to be trimmed as view is diminishing, lots of bird droppings on walkway (we cleaned ours)

Loved the location in the complex! Easy access to the pool and the beach, with bbqs nearby. Parking was not a problem. Staff very friendly and efficient. Beautifully landscaped grounds!

The condo was great for the 2 of us. Location was perfect since we love listening to the ocean and we like that side of the island. BBQ’s were a nice perk outside and we used them every night. Staff was great. Ground immaculate.

Very relaxing atmosphere, nice condo, a wonderful vacation. Wonderful relaxing atmosphere, condo was very comfortable, grounds were pretty, pool was great, and bbq area convenient. How Would You Rate Your Overall Experience During Your Stay on Maui: Excellent!

This is the second time in 15 years that we have stayed in this condominium complex. We thoroughly enjoyed it once again and will stay here again. The condominium is very clean and has an up to date style with modern appliances. It was very quiet and peaceful. There are always other guest, but you never feel crowded while sunning on the lawn or beach. The pool is very clean and always at a nice temperature. The gas grills are great & accessible; they are cleaned by staff every morning. The key why we love this place is that this is not a large complex and it is not surrounded by other condominiums or hotels. So, you can just relax and not deal with the crowds.

Everyone was very friendly and the condo was clean. We enjoyed our stay very much and the first morning coffee made it even better. Everything was nice and close, including food preparation area. We were pleased with the private beach and easy access from our condo. One recommendation would be to add a hot tub or have the pool heated, our little travel couldn't swim because the water was too cold. Although it was very expensive and we probably won't be able to afford to stay in the same condo next year, the price was right for the location and amenities.

Great experience for our first time on Maui. Great locations. Comfortable amenities. Condo was clean and plenty of space for our family of four. Quick and easy through the Sullivan website. Felt that it was a great deal compared to some coworkers staying at the hotels and other condos in the area.
