D5 offers guests a relaxing place to vacation while enjoying the comforts of home in a lush, tranquil, beachfront setting. The remodeled kitchen has granite countertops, wood cabinets, full sized fridge, full sized dishwasher, glass electric cooktop, microwave, and countertop convection oven. It comes fully stocked for cooking and entertaining. There is a washer/dryer in the unit with its own hot water heater. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, making our layout perfect for families or two couples traveling together. The master has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen and a twin, and the living room sofa has a queen fold-out. The in-unit safe can hold a large laptop. There are two TVs, a stereo, and a large video collection for your enjoyment. Covered parking is conveniently located right outside the front door.

Your condominium will be supplied with beach towels. It will not however be stocked with beach equipment. Too often items break or go missing and it is not feasible to track and replace the items. Sullivan Properties, Inc. firmly believes in recycling & lowering the carbon footprint we leave on this planet! If items are purchased or acquired by guests and are still in good condition, we are happy to leave them in the unit for others to enjoy. If they are extremely dirty or broken, we must toss them out. There are places nearby that rent beach amenities – your property might also have an onsite rental shack. Most of the rental places nearby offer daily or weekly rates. Please note we are not endorsing these companies simply providing the more popular options in the area: Snorkel Bobs in the Kahana Gateway Center, Boss Frogs in the Napili Plaza and Boss Frogs in Kahana Manor. Maui on the Fly for baby equipment rentals – this includes baby beach toys and other beach necessities for children. For more details and information check them out on the web!
