The building is not air-conditioned, but fans and ocean breezes provide cross ventilation through the unit. This studio is located on the 5th floor with oceanfront views. Relax on the lanai and watch amazing sunsets overlooking the ocean all from the condo. There is no washer/dryer inside the unit however, on the 3rd floor there are two washer/dryers coin operated for you to use.

The Valley Isle Resort is an oceanfront unit within walking distance to Maui Brewing Co., Miso Phat Sushi, China Boat, and Dollie's Cafe and Pub. Nearby Beaches to Valley Isle are Kahekili Beach Park (Airport Beach): which generally has calm conditions, excellent snorkeling and swimming, public restrooms, BBQ grills, and a large grassy area, Honokowai Beach Park: great for snorkeling due to shallow, reef protected beach, Children's playground area, plenty of shade, tables and BBQ grills, Pohaku Park (S-Turns): calmer during summer months, sandy and rocky shoreline, picnic tables. Your condominium will be supplied with beach towels. It will not however be stocked with beach equipment. Too often items break or go missing and it is not feasible to track and replace the items. Sullivan Properties, Inc firmly believes in recycling & lowering the carbon footprint we leave on this planet! If items are purchased or acquired by guests and are still in good condition, we are happy to leave them in the unit for others to enjoy. If they are extremely dirty or broken, we must toss them out. There are places nearby that rent beach amenities – your property might also have an onsite rental shack. Most of the rental places nearby offer daily or weekly rates. Please note, we are not endorsing these companies simply providing the more popular options in the area : Snorkel Bobs in the Kahana Gateway Center, Boss Frogs in the Napili Plaza and Boss Frogs in Kahana Manor. What a great property! Beautiful setting, right on the beach! We got to watch the sun rise and set every day right from our patio. We saw turtles and whales directly out of our window! The space does not feel small at all. The Murphy bed and sofa bed were perfect. Would come back here again!
