Just minutes to Ka'anapali and Kapalua, the Valley Isle Resort will give you and your family the fun and relaxation it needs. This lovely 1 bedroom condo is located on the 7th floor with beautiful ocean views. There is a fully equipped kitchen. A washer and dryer in the unit if you need to do any laundry. The bedroom has a queen bed and a murphy bed in the living room if needed. There is no A/C, but the condo does stay cool from the breeze with the windows open. You can sit on the lanai relax and watch amazing sunsets all from the condo.

The Valley Isle Resort is an oceanfront resort within walking distance to Maui Brewing Co., Miso Phat Sushi, China Boat, and Dollie's Cafe and Pub. Nearby Beaches to Valley Isle are Kahekili Beach Park (Airport Beach): which generally has calm conditions, excellent snorkeling and swimming, public restrooms, BBQ grills, and a large grassy area, Honokowai Beach Park: great for snorkeling due to shallow, reef protected beach, Children's playground area, plenty of shade, tables and BBQ grills, Pohaku Park (S-Turns): calmer during summer months, sandy and rocky shoreline, picnic tables. Your condominium will be supplied with beach towels. It will not however be stocked with beach equipment. Too often items break or go missing and it is not feasible to track and replace the items. Sullivan Properties, Inc firmly believes in recycling & lowering the carbon footprint we leave on this planet! If items are purchased or acquired by guests and are still in good condition, we are happy to leave them in the unit for others to enjoy. If they are extremely dirty or broken, we must toss them out. There are places nearby that rent beach amenities – your property might also have an onsite rental shack. Most of the rental places nearby offer daily or weekly rates. Please note, we are not endorsing these companies simply providing the more popular options in the area : Snorkel Bobs in the Kahana Gateway Center, Boss Frogs in the Napili Plaza and Boss Frogs in Kahana Manor. There is plenty of parking on site and no parking fee. We do ask that you register with the front desk upon your arrival.
