Loved our stay here. It was quiet, beautiful, and had beach access a stones throw from the pool and hot tub.

The view in this condo is amazing!
This studio condominium is nicely updated and tastefully decorated.
We found everything we needed in the kitchen. Beach towels were provided for the pool and beach . There are laundry facilities down the hall from the room so we were able do a little laundry.
We loved that we had beach access and a pool and jacuzzi . Lots of chairs and lounge chairs to hang out on.
The property was really beautiful and well maintained.
We loved it here and will be back for sure!

The room was amazing! It had an amazing view and everything needed was provided! The host is very responsive and helpful! The stay was very close to shops, restaurants and beaches! I would definitely recommend this stay to anyone!

I actually stayed here before the fire and before the complete remodel. I wanted to review it because the view is unchanging and breathtaking. It is one of our most cherished stays and memorable trips ever.

Week at Kahana Sunset in C2C. Just the two of us. Unit was great!! AC in bother living areas was nice to have. This was our 8th visit to Kahana Sunset. The property is still very nice. Beach erosion but if a surprise, but experience was still wonderful.

Great vacation property! The condo was clean and perfect for what we needed. The property location had an amazing ocean front view as well.

There are areas for improvement for the owner to consider. Due to the size of the toilet room, one needs to step into the shower to close the door. When accessing the refrigerator, you can accidently turn on the stove as the controls are in the front. This is a safety concern. Appliances & furniture are due for replacement. We were there during a storm and Hawaiian Electric turned off the power for 24 hours. The unit had no flashlights or backup light source for use. When we mentioned this to the property manager of Valley Isle, he replied that he wasn't there to meet the needs of the visitors.

The rental was great. It had everything I needed and more. The view was spectacular. I saw many whales breaching in the distance and also many turtle swimming just below. Pool was great, parking was easy and location was great. Would rent this unit again.

We enjoy the heck out of the Valley Isle. Have been coming here off and on since 1783. VI 809 was great except for them sleep/er needs to be replaced...hard to sit and sleep in. Other than that all went well and we hope to be back soon.

It was a wonderful trip! Weather and location were perfect. We have stayed many times at the Valley Isle so comparing rooms is easy. This unit was clean and well equipped and furnishings were nice. Pictures are an accurate representation of the unit.

When i first arrived and it was all closed up it seemed musty and improved when i opened up the street doors. I had originally had the 9th floor and got moved to the 8th floor and don’t think it is as nice. Dirty oven pans and some kitchen supplies were dirty. Fairly quiet but i was disappointed i wasn’t on the 9th floor.

This condo was spacious, clean, on the beach with a fantastic view & had all of the necessary amenities. I would book another stay here again.

Had a great time! The view in the room was breathtaking! They had everything we needed to make home cook meals. They had some beach equipment that was left over and we also left some that we had bought while we were there for the next guests to enjoy. The rental shop was across the street which was perfect for a paddle board and boogie board rental. The kids had such a good time! The beach was also right outside the location and was not crowded and was personal which we love. We did the road to Hana as well and found the best shaved ice place in the heavy market strip. Overall ,best vacation visit! We will definitely stay here again when we come back.

Great location! Place was perfect, right on the beach. Quiet building. Close to Kapalua Bay an awesome spot! Will definitely recommend this spot and be back myself.

Everything in the condo was clean, well-maintained, and looked just as advertised. But the thing we loved the most was the very welcoming atmosphere when we first arrived at the condo and gorgeous views from the balcony. It was exactly what we were looking for!

The accomodation is amazing. Loved falling asleep to the sounds of the waves crashing on the beach. Great view of the ocean and the sunset in particular right from the comfort of the house. Ideally located to everything west maui has to offer. I would definitely stay here again when i return.

We stayed for a week in this well equipped condo. It had everything we needed and more. The condo was clean and well maintained. The location at the end of the hall meant nobody was walking by our open door, which was nice for privacy. The door needs to be open for airflow or it’s too hot. The bed was so comfortable. I slept better than at home honestly. I was sad to leave the sound of the waves lulling me to sleep.
The only complaint we had is that the dryer just vents into the kitchen. It definitely made it HOT and extra humid. Don’t do laundry till the sun is down and you can have the while place wide open.

Picturesque! This location is absolutely stunning. I have visited the West side of Maui several times and this view has to be my favorite. Any time of day you can find a honu cruising the current from the lanai and I was even able to spot two whales breaching. The condo was as described, if not better in person. I would definitely rent this unit again. Mahalo for the incredible visit.

my husband and I have stayed at this property for over 30 years! view is the best there is anywhere! nice quiet property, deck overlooks the sand, ocean, whales, turtles, is quiet (except for ocean waves!). the lobby is restful and quiet and comfortable. the staff is fabulous and friendly, most helpful always! walkable to small shops and restaurants. small, clean pool with comfortable chairs and lounge chairs. a very small, nice resort and absolutely perfect for older couples in my opinion! highly highly recommend! (obviously, as we have been going for so many years!)

Valley Isle property grounds were beautiful and the lobby area was impressive with the staff very welcoming. Having parking included for our stay at was a positive bonus.

Condo 310 delivered a wonderful experience , it was comfortable and decorated with Island touches and my daily needs were more than met.
310 was clean and the view was stunning.
Suggestion:
Our flight was delayed so we arrived when it was dark. We were unfamiliar with the property and when we arrived and exited the elevator, it was dark and we were uncomfortable to be wandering around the hallway area.
My suggestion would be to have lighting come on 15 to 20 minutes earlier or activated by detecting low light, and not on a timer. Thank you.

Very nice with everything working. Plenty of fans to move air when the wind was down. Of course great views so I sat in the Lanai often. The lanai screen door needs a little TLC as does every.unit there that we've stayed in.

We enjoyed our stay. Property could use updates, patio furniture was very old. Coffee maker and refrigerator were also old. View is nice, but no beach in font of condo, seems to be washed away covered with sandbags. Ocean sounds very loud when crashing on sand bags, not soothing.

THE LITTLE THINGS OF THE PROPERTY NEEDS TO BE UP DATED. THE VACATION WAS GREAT. THE HEAT IN THE AFTERNOON WAS HOT BUT LIVEABLE AND THE BATROOM AREA WAS ALWAYS WARM. JUST SUGGESTIONS.

Great stay and the view is everything!

The location and the room was to die for ..#310 was tight on the waters edge and the main room and bedroom faced the water ..each day and night was so enjoyable that it was hard to leave ..the property was well maintained and the people that were there ..helped you answer any and all questions from ground keepers to front desk .. a place you only dream of.. and it was a special time and place that will not be forgotten !!! Thank you !!

One of the best views I’ve seen in my life from an apartment! It feels like you’re on a boat because of the views and the sound of the waves. It honestly looked even better than the photos!! They had plenty of towels available as well. Everything was perfect!! You’ll regret not staying here! Can’t wait to come back!! Thank you!

It was a wonderful stay here with such an amazing view. It is located literally on the beach. And when you are in the apartment, it feels like you are in the middle of the ocean. The apartment is clean and in a good condition. There is a parking place included, grocery store in a walkable distance. I was happy to spend a week there and will be happy to come back. Mahalo!

THE VIEW!!! This condo was so great, the view is breathtaking and made our day every morning! It was one of the cleanest Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at which we really appreciated. There is no air conditioning which we overlooked while booking so we were nervous about the heat but with the winds it was actually really nice to have the doors open and able to experience the ocean air/winds the whole time! It did get a little warm sleeping since we mostly closed the doors at night. However, the condo was so great it’s really worth it. With that view and all the windows looking out at the ocean, we felt like the price was worth every penny. Sullivan Properties were also really helpful and so quick and friendly with getting back to us with any questions. They even offered to stop by within minutes multiple times to show us things we needed help finding or working. The house has everything you could need. Even books & beach chairs, cooler and flippers. We recommend this house a million times!

Aloha! Really loved this property. These units facing the ocean are the best! We stayed at the Marriott five days before we landed here and loved it here better. Way more our speed. Loved it so much I wanted to reserve next years vacay while I was still there! Mahalo plenty!

Absolutely stunning views from the apartment. We had a beautiful view of the ocean from both the living room and the bedroom. Walking up to the wide open ocean in front of us like a dream every day. The place was also well equipped with a snorkeling kit, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, flotation tubes etc. The kitchen was fully equipped too. It was hard to leave. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This vacation rental had the most spectacular view! The property was clean, easy to navigate checking in, close to all amenities and the property management company was fantastic to deal with. 5 stars!

Perfect studio on a budget!! Very clean, newer furnishings. Large refrigerator, comfortable bed, and the best AC! The host was so helpful and got us in right away at the last minute when the initial resort we were at, lost it's AC. Plenty of soap, lotion, paper towels, TP, kleenex, shampoo, and cream rinse! Plus 2 samples local coffee for the coffee maker. Note pad and pen along with nice tote bag cooler gift which we used on the beach several times. We watched whales daily off of our large private balcony. The only downfall is no direct access from the property to the beach. I was able to figure out how to walk through the adjacent property south and then to the beach. Also2 doors down is an amazing little beach bar and grill with excellent food! Also probably the best pizza on the island is across the street.

We would definitely stay here again! Was whales every day from our patio. Convenient location and clean!

Awesome view, great location! Its away from all the tourist areas but close enough to Lahaina and Napili towns. Great lanai - was perfect for breakfast and just relaxing and taking in the view. There's a ton of sea turtles at Kahana Beach too!

Royal Kahana was the perfect location. Right on the beach, the sunsets are amazing. Everything is so close. The unit we stayed in was so clean, it had a washer/dryer in the unit which made our repacking for home much easier. We used the grills by the pool twice during our stay and ate dinner watching the sunset. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
