If you're looking for a quiet place with an outstanding view the Ridge is the placer. It is well anointed with everything you need. This is our second stay at the Ridge. The place has an adult atmosphere. We love the the sound of the ocean and the view of the golf course. Highly recommend the Ridge.

The Villa was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay so much that we have been doing a staycation in Kapalua for the past 10 years and 3 of those years have been with Sullivan Properties.
Everything was wonderful and clean and we always feel like it is a home away from home (Wailuku)

Please check the main lanai table and tile floor. We noticed that the table and chairs do have ants on them and sometimes would get on our food plates or skin. I would sweep or hose down the lanai, but still ants would return.

Also please check the washing machine/hoseline.
I noticed there would be a little water after washing clothes.

The stove top front right might be worn out. It did not heat evenly when cooking our meals.

The refrigerator setting was set to the highest and some of our new foods and meats spoiled easily and had to be thrown out.

The freezer began to freeze inside with just a few items in it such as meat, chicken, ice cream, ice pops

Enjoyed the location with tremendous views. The only downside was the upstairs area needed a facelift. Bed had a mattress topper that was not very comfortable and the bathroom was very dated.

Sullivan Management was great at getting me all the info out in a timely manner and were very responsive with my questions.

Kapalua unit was as described and had more kitchen items and consumables than typical. We had a couple of minor items that were attended to quickly. In one instance, Pat Sullivan (company owner) interrupted his Sunday afternoon activities to personally come to the unit to deal with a sticky lockset.

Amazing location and spacious unit, especially for 2 people! We love staying at the ridge in kapalua when we visit Maui for the location and ease of access and this unit was great for our week long trip. It is relatively high up on the ridge so you will have to climb some stairs if you plan on walking anywhere but the parking spot and shuttle make things convenient. Also worth noting there is no air conditioning but we kept the windows open and were comfortable

We love Ridge Villa Unit 1422 - we've stayed there several times over the last few years! Great location, spectacular view, comfortable, and well cared for!There's one maintenance item that really needs attention: the ceiling fan in the upstairs master bedroom needs to be replaced. It makes a VERY LOUD "tick-tick-tick" noise when it's on and even when it's off while the winds rock it slightly. Ear plugs aren't enough to sleep peacefully. We've heard this loud tick on each of our last three or four stays, and finally decided to reach out and hope for it to be fixed. On this recent JUN 2021 stay we were able to temporarily stop the noise by draping three bath towels on one of the blades. That caused the whole fan to pivot from vertical to the side and the tick noise stopped. If you'd like to call me to discuss our maintenance request further, please call my cell phone at.

Sunrises were spectacular from the balcony! Napili ( calm clear water beach is 5 min by car) . Kitchen had everything we needed to cook - including champagne glasses- thank u so much for stocking it well!
Now just a small hiccup..
Although the property was clean - bed sheets are soooo old and dingy looking. And did not fit properly on the bed .. 3 pillows were different sizes .. just no appeal to bed whatsoever...Blanket had few stains on it... Just because of that I could not recommend it to my friends- despite the fantastic views. Although u can bring your own sheets and solve this problem :)

Our rental expert, Erin, was very helpful. The weather was beautiful, the condo had the most beautiful views, clean,and a convenient walk to the beaches. Yes, I loved walking to the beaches, walking to the little store, the pool and grills were a nice perk. Very nice, Erin was very enjoyable to talk to and helpful with his recommendations. It was very nice that you provided dishwasher soap, laundry soap and hand soap. The towels could be upgraded, but no big deal as they get full of sand anyway. It would be nice to have a roll of tinfoil on hand, and maybe some cooking spices. All in all, the condo was very comfortable, thank you so much for a letting us stay in your wonderful condo! My family enjoyed it.

We have been going to Maui for years, and always choose to stay in the hotels. A friend recommended looking into Vrbo to rent a condo the next time we went to Maui. That was a great recommendation! Once we found what we were looking for, I contacted Sullivan Properties, and spoke with Erin. He was great in helping with the booking details. I changed my reservation a couple of times due to work, without any hassle. Erin is awesome. Checkin was to print out my email and all the details were there. No fuss.The unit 1422 was exactly as advertised. View was great. 5 minute walk to the beach, they had a free shuttle service that would take you to any of the 3 beach & restaurant areas. We couldn't believe the owners of the unit provided everything we needed. Chairs, cooler, hats, boogie boards, towels, umbrellas, etc. Our friends, who stayed at one of the nearby hotels couldn't believe the amenities we had for less than 1/2 the price they paid. Best Maui Vacation! We will be back next year.

We stayed at Kuleana unit 610 in mid February 2021. The shoreline is rocky in this location but there was a ladder on the rocks to enter and exit the water for swimming or snorkeling. The unit is directly on the ocean with a great view. The unit was clean and well stocked with everything that we needed.

Easy access to beaches and Maui attractions, and the pool was amazing too. The bed was super comfy, and loved being able to sit out on the balcony and have coffee daily. A lovely stay! We enjoyed our stay very much, and appreciated the welcome touches, such as soap, kitchen supplies and coffeepot, with a bag of Maui coffee! The condo has perfect views, and we liked being able to check in a little early. The location was beautiful!

The living room and bedroom facing the sea which is wonderfully close to the ocean. I would recommend it as being worth the money.

A beautiful condo right on the beach. Floor to ceiling windows for watching the whales, dolphins,turtles. Everything was in the condo that was needed. It was well maintained and if an issue Sullivan is very responsive in handling it. I will be returning in July.

You can’t get a better location than this! Close proximity to many bars, restaurants, and beaches. The views from the floor to ceiling living room window and balcony are amazing! We saw so many whales every day! The condo is clean, comfortable and well kept. The beach isn’t that great for swimming or snorkeling but you’re so close to other beaches/bays, it doesn’t matter. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

The condo is beautiful. You really cannot find a better view. It’s only a couple of minutes walk to the beach. The water is calm enough that little kids can go in without a problem but there is great snorkeling right there as well. The Hosts were quick to reply if we had any questions and instructions were clear and helpful. The location is close to whatever you may need. It’s a short drive to the shops and there is a grocery store close that you can get whatever you may need. I absolutely would stay here again.

The place was great. Check in was easy. The condo faces the ocean and it’s only about 20 yards from the water. Every afternoon we watched sea turtles right outside our window. The location was convenient for visiting resorts in the Kaanapali area.

We LOVED our stay at Mahana 306!! The place was very clean, the beds were comfortable (even the pull out was super comfy), and the view was priceless. Loved to be lulled to sleep by the sounds of waves through the screen each night. We also enjoyed relaxing on the balcony in the mornings or in the evening to watch the sunsets. The pool outside was pretty large with a deep end the kids could jump in. And right outside the pool is a walkway to the beach where you can play and snorkel. Prior to the trip, Kelly was quick to answer any question I messaged, which was very appreciated. Overall, we would definitely book again- wishing we could have stayed longer this time!

This property is in a gorgeous location. It directly faces the ocean. We would watch the whales, sea turtles and dolphins every morning over coffee in the lanai. It was very functional, well appointed and had a beautiful kitchen. It needs some updating however. The bathroom needs a makeover and the carpet that extends throughout has a terrible odour. There were very sharp objects at the tile/carpet unions. Overall it was a good value.

My husband and I tend to stay on 4-5* accommodations. We had planned our NYE Hawaii trip a bit late in October and while we're used to high end prices for high end hotels, we were pretty astonished at some of the pricing for what we considered to be mediocre hotel brands for that week, despite the last minute planning. We found an almost "too good to be true" price for our NYE week (of course price is subjective) with this condo on and decided to go for it instead of spending a week researching hotels and alternative airbnb accommodations. I kept expectations low but when we arrived I was pleasantly surprised.

The condo is directly in front of the ocean - for such a view you will pay at least $2k+ p/wk during a holiday week at any other hotel brand. There is a king size bedroom, spacious living + dining area, and renovated kitchen with all the cooking essentials and renovated bathroom vanity area. I was a little disappointed in the shower as it's quite old, but after a day I got used to it and the water pressure was perfect. The wifi was reliable, which was helpful since I did have work Zoom calls each morning. Having a washer/dryer was also fantastic during a week long stay, and I particularly liked washing my own towels during covid, as well as being able to return home with clean clothes. The apartment was also completely silent day and night, which I absolutely loved - either the ocean drains out noise or there is solid insulation. The area is within walking distance to a supermarket and the other prime hotels, as well as our fav restaurant for the week - Dukes of Malibu! We didn't use the pool but families seem to enjoy it daily, and I wish I'd have know there was a tennis court so we could have packed rackets - it was always empty. The condo bldg itself was well maintained with a pleasant concierge and fire tikis stationed outside for a warm tropical welcome.

Our family really enjoy the stay. Initially we have some concerns over the construction noise on the other tower as we are light sleepers and sensitive to noise. But it turns out it is quiet inside and outside of our room and we barely hear any noise.
Great location: next to a beach park with beach walk to Kaanapali Beach and Whaler's village for shopping and dinning. Our family love jogging on the beach walk each morning and walking after dinner

We rented Mahana Kaanapali thru Sullivan Properties initially for May 2020 but needless to say it had to be deferred due to Covid. They were so accommodating to allow us to apply our credits beyond the normal 12 month period, so we went first week of Dec. Great view of the ocean, plenty of room and had all amenities you need for a rental. The only thing I would say to improve in this unit is to replace the bed as it was not that comfortable. Aside from that it was great value for the price we paid.

This newly remodeled condo is absolutely perfect. The views are the best. Close to grocery store, Duke's and a great walking path. Can not get better. The unit is very clean and updated. You will love it.

My wife and I stayed in this unit for 6 nights. The unit is very close to the ocean so if you do not like to hear the water do not pick this unit. The water pressure in the shower is great also and the ac keeps the unit nice and cool if you are here when you might need ac. We didn't use it very much this trip. The trades kept everything pleasant. It is the perfect size for 1 couple maybe 1 child also. The facility is very nice with a nice pool and the bbq work great also . We would stay here again

Wonderful condo with all the amenities needed. I made a last minute decision to go to Maui and I called Sullivan because everything was booked and we stayed with two years ago. They found me a great place with a great price and we wont use any other company for all our Maui stay.

Beautiful place to stay. Great view from the room, and we were able to see lots of whales. The lanai is wonderful, and the floor-to-ceiling window in the living room area gave us beautiful views. Comfortable king-size bed, and our kids slept great on the sofa bed. The kitchen came stocked with all the dishes, pots, pans, utensils we could need. We were even impressed to find items in the kitchen we needed like a meat thermometer. The room is super spacious and open, and was very comfortable, and very clean. The Mahana's pool is heated and the jacuzzi was open and very spacious. The beach right out in front of the resort is rocky, but we just walked down a few minutes to North Kaanapali Beach, which is beautiful, had great snorkeling and even boogie boarding at higher tides. Short walk to the Food Truck area, as well as Times Market across the street. We also enjoyed a 15 min. walk to Honokowai beach park & playground. Sullivan Properties was great to work with. Highly recommend all around.

I would stay at this property again if we could stay in an updated room. I know some units have been. I found the unit through Expedia. The communication prior to our trip was very good. I had one question about the door not locking and it was answered quickly. Honestly, the location is perfect and the view was amazing. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, but it was a very small area to try and prepare food. We ended up eating out for dinners. This was the 3rd Time in Hawaii, the 1st time at Napili Bay. The view from the deck at the condo balcony is absolutely the best you will ever find. The bay is absolutely amazing. The ocean is super clean and fun. The snorkeling is incredible. The condo is minimally stocked but really has all you need to live and cook in as we did. The condo does need to be updated, however it's still very comfortable. We loved it and cant wait to come back Sullivan property management was easy to work with and thorough

Go to Costco and buy a new Tommy Bahamas umbrella they are only $34. The umbrella in the unit is cobbled together I was surprised it was in the condition it was in. I am sure it can be replaced with a proper working umbrella.

This condo was 100% for me! Absolutely PERFECT! It was safe, quiet, peaceful, and had the BEST view of Napili Bay a person could ask for! The interior is Hawaiian-style-beachy and it’s stocked with whatever you may want and need, and it’s VERY clean. The balcony is the best part; it had a plethora of beach items (chairs, a boogie-board, pool noodles, etc) leftover from previous guests and had a bit of a lifted floor so you could easily sit in the balcony chairs and enjoy the whales and the spectacular views. Yes, the place could use a little updating but that certainly is not my priority. The location is amazing and there is so much activity in walking distance. Loved, loved, LOVED my stay here and would definitely book again when I return. Thanks for the great experience, Napili Bay 204! Thanks, also, for the very warm welcome; I LOVED entering the condo only to find bright light, open windows, the sound of the surf, and Hawaiian music. Such a personal touch!

This was our 2nd stay at Napili Bay and the 1st time in a beach-view unit. The beach is beautiful, not too crowded, and only a few steps away. We loved our recent stay so much that we have booked a 3-week visit for next year. There is a small mall with a grocery store a 5-minute drive away.

The location is awesome. We’ve stayed at Napoli Bay Resort a couple of times before and love what the resort has to offer, such as laundry room, grilling area, and beach. As for the condo itself, we have no problem with retro decor. We do, however, have issues with staying in a place that is falling apart. This condo is in desperate need of repairs. Both the kitchen and bathroom cabinets are delaminating. The door to the lanai is being held together with duct tape. The jamb in the front door is rotted at the bottom. We had friends staying at Napoli Point, we were a little embarrassed to have them come visit. We would recommend friends to stay at Napili Bay Resort, but just not unit 204.

We had a lovely time and the view of Nāpili Bay is amazing. This decor needs an upgrade at some point, as stated in the description, but the location trumps everything else.

Couldn't ask for a better location on the Maui West Side. This unit has everything you would need but nothing matches and that is OK. Our time is spent on the beach or the Lanai. We will be back!

This is a great place to stay! the location cannot be beat! Just steps away from the beach. At night you hear the waves and its really soothing. Yes, the unit needs remodeling but If you are looking for a place to sleep, shower, walk to the beach, with beach gear and with a full size kitchen to keep food and drinks cold and be able to cook a meal, then this is perfect for you. The room included everything that we needed! Overall A GREAT PLACE TO STAY!

Walk to beach, snorkel , walk back to deck, relax, get warm, back to snorkeling- repeat. I don't know if the location can be beat. My wife and I hope to stay there once a year. One of the best vacations we have ever had.

Great place to stay if you’re looking for a holiday mostly centered around going to the beach. Can’t beat that sea view, the balcony is so close to the ocean. The hosts provided us with pretty much everything we could possibly need. Very clean, and all of the property managers introduced themselves to me and let me know they were available if I needed anything, so communication was great too. It is a little bit out of the way from shops and such, but well worth it for the private access to this beach. Nothing to complain about, would recommend!

We enjoy many aspects to the location. Alvin was very helpful to us. We love Maui. I was very happy with help we got from Lance. I appreciated before I met him that when we passed outside he always said Aloha. He came to our room to try and help us get Netflix going. We never did get it to work because something is slow with buffering somewhere and it just kept saying can't load the movie now. We could play trailers or short films, but not a full movie. We stayed 2 weeks. First part of our stay in D5 had rotating fans in each room and the ceiling fans were great. This one had none, but when we asked we got 2 which worked great! Especially because the fans in D9 do not have much force to them. Cost of Your Accommodations: Just Right

A beautiful place to stay and the best part is the private beach access. Plus you get a chance to see the amazing sea turtle by the shore during sunset! What an awesome experience.

The ocean breeze, the beautiful flowers, the lanai on the front of the property,. . . we loved being in Maui again. However, the condo that we rented had some problems. First of all, it was not very well stocked - hardly any kitchen supplie(not even salt and pepper)- and we were notified the night before we left that we needed to bring bathroom shampoo/conditioner and things like extra toilet paper. While we were there, our toilet needed to be fixed in one bathroom, the screen door blew off in another bedroom, and water leaked from the air conditioner in the living room. This caused a problem with our TV because the water leaked on the TV, down the wall, & onto the carpet. For each of these instances, maintenance did come over and try to fix it. They were successful with the first two, but not the TV. The unit number was D9. We would NOT rent this unit again. We will look at renting a one bedroom unit the next time we come to Maui, if we are traveling by ourselves. But please pay attention to unit D9 so this does not happen to anyone else.

We greatly appreciated that the condo had everything we needed! We very much enjoyed our stay there.

I was happy with the property, but disappointed in the condo.
There was no oven which we somehow missed in the original listing. I would not of booked it, the beds were very worn and the mattresses were very lumpy and uncomfortable. The carpeting needs to be replaced along with the drapes. Overall the upstairs bedrooms need updating and a refresh. The pillows were also in bad shape. For the cost we spent I was disappointed in that.

Family Rented 4 Units at Kahana Sunset. Great time, great location!

We love staying at Kahana Sunset! It’s a perfect place for our family— beach access, snorkeling, paddle boarding, etc. The pool is also right there. Perfect place for ALL of us, from the babies to the adults. The grounds are beautiful, and the groundskeepers are so friendly and nice.

Our unit was clean a day well stocked. We spent an enjoyable week on the beach and in the pool and lounging on the beautiful grounds. The addition of the filtered water machine by the pool great. We just refill our gallon jugs each day
