Excellent location on Maui. More than adequate beach front area, grounds were well maintained and restaurant was quite good. The unit itself was a bit dated and could be somewhat upgraded.

It was a great rental. The cabinets in the kitchen seemed to be loose and need some maintenance. Kitchen needs a large frying pan The patio could use a lounge chair. Otherwise everything was great. We enjoyed the stay very much.

Greet location and the one bedroom had 2 bathrooms which was a plus. The kitchen area was clean and came in handy. We were able to pick up groceries to make breakfast and late night snacks. Only downside was it was noisy at night and the couch was very outdated and scratchy. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Clean rooms and abundant hot water.

Clean, spacious and where the sea turtles and whales (in winter) roam. 100% professional service and super convenient to shopping and restaurants while still in great natural coastline experience.

It is just fine and meets your needs, but nothing to get too excited about. It is relatively close to the street and there is some morning street noise.

Loved the place. The check in was easy and there are a lot of places close by to eat, or enjoy the beach. We were really glad to have AC as many units in this complex do not offer that.

The condo was very roomy and clean, the beach was practically right outside the door. With a nice pool and a good restaurant/bar with a great happy hour between the pool and the beach, they also rent kayaks and surf boards. It was close to everything so you don’t have to drive (bars, food, gas station, general store). Communication with the property manager was easy and valuable answering any questions I had, If I go back to Hawaii I’ll be staying here.

Very clean room, easy check-in. Room 122 isn't ocean facing but the beach is just a minute away from the door of the room! Grounds were well maintained and pool/hot tub were very clean as well. Restaurant is located on the property and also plenty of grills if you want to cook out. Overall very happy with the accommodations. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful week at Sands of Kahana. It was clean and had a restaurant right on the beach. Very convenient to excellent snorkeling.

The view from the lanai was great. You have a 180 degree view of the ocean and you can see the pool. The condo is large and very clean and nicely decorated. Communication with the property management was very good. This unit is air conditioned unlike a majority of the other condos at Sands of Kahana. It has been very hot and humid in the island so opening windows would not help at all. The beds in the unit were very comfortable. The king room has an ocean view. The kitchen was well stocked and had a lot of room to cook. Beach towels, two boogie boards and two beach chairs were provided. I loved that there was a washer and dryer in the unit. Overall I was very happy with this rental.

It is hard to describe how close to the ocean you are in this property, just take my word for it. You could spend your entire vacation sitting in the living room or on the balcony. We were there for whale season and spent many hours watching them play from the condo. Restaurant is a minute walk out the door, along with beach, pool and hot tub. You can walk to various restaurants and small shops. DoorDash delivers whatever you need too.

Most amazing property ever. Every night everyone gathered around our balcony to watch the sunset. We got to enjoy the lanai in peace and comfort. So grateful to have shared the property.

Nice unit, great location for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the views. The only downside or cosmetic things are the flooring could be updated as the wood is starting to buckle. We have stayed at the Sands of Kahana many times and enjoy it there. Would’ve also been nice to know that the restaurant was being remodeled and not available prior to our trip.

This was our first time to Maui and the view was spectacular! Beautiful view every morning and every night - gorgeous! This property was very clean and absolutely perfect. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

215 is a beautiful unit. Great functional layout. We had enough chairs to seat everyone for a family dinner/bbq -17!! First floor location made it feel like we were in the beach AND did not have to hassle with the slow elevator that other family members experienced.

This condo is beautifully appointed and has great views and conveniently located on the first floor. Saw lots of whales from the lanai.

We stayed in unit 215. The view is beyond compare. We sat on patio every morning, every evening and as much as possible in between. Cannot get a view closer!

Overall unit was nice. Lots of space. Somewhat dated (i.e. not enough outlets near beds, some switches didn't work), but nothing that was a big deal. Large kitchen was great -- our party of 4 had plenty of room and kitchen supplies were adequate.

Loved the proximity to beach & covered parking area. Everything was a 1-minute walk! Convenient location to nearby grocery, liquor, restaurants. General area seemed safe--lots of families and the overall vibe was low key (nobody partying while we were there). Grills on property are a nice touch--we did not use them, but saw folks that did.

This is our second time staying in this unit and our 3rd time at Sands Of Kahana. We keep coming back because we always have suck a great experience! The location is amazing! It's close to everything we need, but the best part is it's right next to the perfect beach! We love this unit because it's on the bottom level facing the ocean so the views are amazing and it's just a 1 minute walk to the water. The unit is clean and decorated nicely! The condo was huge and nicely furnished and had everything we could possibly want. Such a relaxing vacation. When we walked into our room (215) we were absolutely blown away at was was infront of us. I think my husband and I probably stood on the lanai for an hour just taking it in before we made any plans for the day. The views, amenities and cleanliness were top notch. This condo was incredible and it is located right on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The property was well maintained and it’s close to everything you want. The pool and restaurant onsite were great.

We just returned from a family vacation (6 adults) and stayed at the Sands of Kahana 215. The unit was amazing and had an incredible view of the beach. The resort is clean and the entire staff are very friendly. There is a nice restaurant that makes good drinks and has tasty food!

Our condo had the most beautiful views and I loved watching whales all day. We are planning a huge family trip in August and will definitely be going through Sullivan again. Beautiful beach. Good pool . Beach house restaurant is convenient, good food, and friendly staff. Unit 215 is a great unit. Great place for us to be with family. we had 3 units in all, which gave us a choice of being together, or privacy when needed.

If you're looking for a quiet place with an outstanding view the Ridge is the placer. It is well anointed with everything you need. This is our second stay at the Ridge. The place has an adult atmosphere. We love the the sound of the ocean and the view of the golf course. Highly recommend the Ridge.

The Villa was clean and perfect for my stay. The location was great and the views are amazing!

The Villa was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay so much that we have been doing a staycation in Kapalua for the past 10 years and 3 of those years have been with Sullivan Properties. Everything was wonderful and clean and we always feel like it is a home away from home (Wailuku) Please check the main lanai table and tile floor. We noticed that the table and chairs do have ants on them and sometimes would get on our food plates or skin. I would sweep or hose down the lanai, but still ants would return. Also please check the washing machine/hoseline. I noticed there would be a little water after washing clothes.The stove top front right might be worn out. It did not heat evenly when cooking our meals. The refrigerator setting was set to the highest and some of our new foods and meats spoiled easily and had to be thrown out. The freezer began to freeze inside with just a few items in it such as meat, chicken, ice cream, ice popsDo you have Villa 1423 as a 2 bedroom 3 bath rental or a villa similar?

Enjoyed the location with tremendous views. The only downside was the upstairs area needed a facelift. Bed had a mattress topper that was not very comfortable and the bathroom was very dated.

Sullivan Management was great at getting me all the info out in a timely manner and were very responsive with my questions.

Kapalua unit was as described and had more kitchen items and consumables than typical. We had a couple of minor items that were attended to quickly. In one instance, Pat Sullivan (company owner) interrupted his Sunday afternoon activities to personally come to the unit to deal with a sticky lockset.

We've stayed in this unit many times, and we love our experience each year. It has a spectacular view and is close to our favorite snorkeling spot: Kapalua Bay.Needed Improvement: It's an old construction and has had modest upgrades over the years. One needed improvement is replacement of the master bedroom ceiling fan. It makes an annoying and loud "TICK-TICK-TICK" ALL the time, whether on or slightly moving from the wind. It disturbs our sleep, even with ear plugs. We've experienced this annoyance for the last several trips and would very much like to know it has been fixed!

Amazing location and spacious unit, especially for 2 people! We love staying at the ridge in kapalua when we visit Maui for the location and ease of access and this unit was great for our week long trip. It is relatively high up on the ridge so you will have to climb some stairs if you plan on walking anywhere but the parking spot and shuttle make things convenient. Also worth noting there is no air conditioning but we kept the windows open and were comfortable

wonderful stay in a well supplied, located condo. lots of room to spread out and enjoy our stay. two balconies to take in the incredible views. shuttle service and drivers went above and beyond.communicative and professional property management team. note to management - bedroom fan needs to be repaired or replaced. wish they would take reservations 18 months out which we need to plan around our work.

We love Ridge Villa Unit 1422 - we've stayed there several times over the last few years! Great location, spectacular view, comfortable, and well cared for!There's one maintenance item that really needs attention: the ceiling fan in the upstairs master bedroom needs to be replaced. It makes a VERY LOUD "tick-tick-tick" noise when it's on and even when it's off while the winds rock it slightly. Ear plugs aren't enough to sleep peacefully. We've heard this loud tick on each of our last three or four stays, and finally decided to reach out and hope for it to be fixed. On this recent JUN 2021 stay we were able to temporarily stop the noise by draping three bath towels on one of the blades. That caused the whole fan to pivot from vertical to the side and the tick noise stopped. If you'd like to call me to discuss our maintenance request further, please call my cell phone at.

Sunrises were spectacular from the balcony! Napili ( calm clear water beach is 5 min by car) . Kitchen had everything we needed to cook - including champagne glasses- thank u so much for stocking it well!
Now just a small hiccup..
Although the property was clean - bed sheets are soooo old and dingy looking. And did not fit properly on the bed .. 3 pillows were different sizes .. just no appeal to bed whatsoever...Blanket had few stains on it... Just because of that I could not recommend it to my friends- despite the fantastic views. Although u can bring your own sheets and solve this problem :)
I would come back! with a set of sheets :)

Our rental expert, Erin, was very helpful. The weather was beautiful, the condo had the most beautiful views, clean,and a convenient walk to the beaches. Yes, I loved walking to the beaches, walking to the little store, the pool and grills were a nice perk. Very nice, Erin was very enjoyable to talk to and helpful with his recommendations. It was very nice that you provided dishwasher soap, laundry soap and hand soap. The towels could be upgraded, but no big deal as they get full of sand anyway. It would be nice to have a roll of tinfoil on hand, and maybe some cooking spices. All in all, the condo was very comfortable, thank you so much for a letting us stay in your wonderful condo! My family enjoyed it.

We have been going to Maui for years, and always choose to stay in the hotels. A friend recommended looking into Vrbo to rent a condo the next time we went to Maui. That was a great recommendation! Once we found what we were looking for, I contacted Sullivan Properties, and spoke with Erin. He was great in helping with the booking details. I changed my reservation a couple of times due to work, without any hassle. Erin is awesome. Checkin was to print out my email and all the details were there. No fuss.The unit 1422 was exactly as advertised. View was great. 5 minute walk to the beach, they had a free shuttle service that would take you to any of the 3 beach & restaurant areas. We couldn't believe the owners of the unit provided everything we needed. Chairs, cooler, hats, boogie boards, towels, umbrellas, etc. Our friends, who stayed at one of the nearby hotels couldn't believe the amenities we had for less than 1/2 the price they paid. Best Maui Vacation! We will be back next year.

The living room and bedroom facing the sea which is wonderfully close to the ocean. I would recommend it as being worth the money.
